Starting November 1, PCT Engineered Systems, will be launching a 24-hour BroadBeam® emergency service hotline.
When a customer calls the hotline by dialing 1-866-99-EBEAM, an operator will contact a trained BroadBeam® service technician who will respond directly to the customer within an hour. The on-call service technician will provide full emergency phone support. PCT requests that customers please have all machine service and maintenance manuals and the machine number available before calling the hotline. This service will be free of charge.
The hotline is intended to be for emergency use only. All other routine maintenance and non-emergency inquiries can still be directed to PCT at 1-563-285-7411 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Central Standard Time). PCT offers a wide range of spare parts that can be viewed at www.broadbeamequipment.com. BroadBeam® technicians are also available for on-site service calls.
